Dr Nic Waddell is the head of the Medical Genomics Team at QIMR Berghofer. Her lab is comprised of collaborative bioinformaticians who are passionate about the field of cancer genomics.
Genomic guided treatment in cancer
This talk will describe some of the key findings from whole genome sequencing of a variety of cancer types. There will be a particular emphasis on the clinical utility of cancer sequencing for the identification of therapeutic targets and germline genetic causal variants.
