Gonçalves et al. generated a comprehensive proteomic map of 949 human cancer cell lines across more than 40 cancer types. Proteomic data was integrated with multi-omic data, drug response, and CRISPR-Cas9 gene essentiality datasets to identify protein biomarkers and co-regulated protein networks. Read the full article.
